Los cafes que obtengan mas de 85 puntos sobre 100 son clasificados como especiales y los que obtengan puntaje entre 84 y 80 se denominan premium especificamente hablando de cafe verde, el grado especial se logra cuando los granos no tienen mas de 5 defectos en 300 gramos de cafe
