La presente muestra libre de animales vivos en todo el proceso para análisis general, prueba de taza,
prueba organoléptica; corresponde a un micro-lote que fue sometido a conservación (Proceso de Preservación Biológica) en cereza a temperatura ambiente; bajo la tecnología CZF (Código Cero Fragmentación), estuvo en conservación durante (entre 5 días y 25 días) / (entre 120 y 600 horas) (proceso de Preservación Biológica del café en estado cereza en una solución especial bajo tecnología CZF). El método de beneficio manejado en este micro-lote fue el del proceso natural bajo luz solar.
Recolección manual de granos maduros, lavado en estado cereza con agua limpia, separación de flotes y control de calidad en cereza con separación de granos verdes, pintones y defectuosos.
El café fue conservado (Proceso de Preservación Biológica Controlada) en estado Cereza, en tanques sellados (anaeróbicos), en una solución de agua codificada especial para conservación de café – tecnología CZF (libre de conservantes químicos, sin productos o compuestos que puedan afectar negativamente el café; cumplido el tiempo de conservación el café fue despulpado sin uso de agua y sin lavado posterior del grano para asegurar la conservación de la miel), potenciando así sus AROMAS y SABORES, de igual manera no hay presencia de ninguna traza de agente químico en el café.
